Sinus/hayfever and the cold – natural remedies?
When it is really cold or there is a change in season I get a blocked nose and sneeze in the mornings. I also get like a “block” in my ears that make me feel a bit light headed and get incredibly itchy inside my ears/sinuses (if that makes sense).
