could oxy clean detergent be causing me to break out in hives ?

i’ve been breaking out in hives and i’m not sure what’s causing it , i’ve recently been using oxy clean detergent , i’m wondering if that could be causing this .

Could very well be. I bought a tub of it to try so I added to the towels wash and other whites. After about a week my stomach area and the tops of my legs where my underwear stops has become so itchy it is hard to take. Thought I was developing shingles but there is no rash just incessant itching. My skin is not sensitive but Oxyclean has done a number on me.
