Best treatment for Hives?

Besides salt baths and Hydrocortizone cream, I am wondering what I can do. It has been 2 days…arms, fingers, face.

Put calamine lotion on and try not to scratch at your hives, it will only make them worse. Also try to relax because hives can occur when one is excited or anxious.
